Milena Musial

During my school years I developed a strong interest in finance and economics, which led me to train as a bank clerk after completing my vocational baccalaureate. It was there that I gained my first experience of advising clients. After my training, I worked for six years as a private client advisor at a major bank, advising clients on investments, loans and pension products. In September 2023, I started a part-time degree in business administration with a focus on finance to deepen my knowledge.

As a native of Munich, I enjoy skiing, hiking and relaxing in the mountains and lakes around my hometown.

Why I joined Neunundvierzig

In principle, I really enjoyed working with clients at the big banks. However, I was often unable to fulfill the individual wishes of my clients as sales targets and closing appointments took priority. That's why I was looking for a new challenge where I could provide independent, client-focused advice without the pressure to sell.

Since July 2024, I have been working as a service consultant at Neunundvierzig, assisting our clients in all administrative and technical matters. I enjoy working directly with the founding team and am delighted to be on board.
